Héctor Hidalgo Pelegrina
Managing Partner Architect
Architect (ETSAV – UPC).
After spending several years working as an architect in the traditional construction sector, in 2007 he decided to devote himself fully to the world of industrialised construction. He specialised in the constructive system of turnkey industrialised houses. A system which is more technologically evolved.
From 2007 until 2017 he has worked within the Hormipresa architecture department. Innovating in the construction system relating to prefabricated houses. He is exclusively dedicated to the design, research, management, economic control, planning and technical development of this system. From the preliminary project to the final delivery of the standardised or tailor-made product.
In the field of research he has worked alongside the R&D department to develop the total sandwich wall, energy-efficient modular houses and houses that are tailored to meet the changing regulations.
Leading the aesthetic change of traditional prefabricated houses to contemporary houses. Creates the different standardised houses within the Hormipresa Modulor system. Which are warmly welcomed within the Spanish market due to their great versatility.
Jordi Bergadà i Tarragó
Managing Partner
Engineer in Industrial Organisation (UPC) and MBA (ESADE).
For over 20 years his career has taken place in Hormipresa, a leading company in the industrialised construction sector using precast concrete.
His professional career began as a designer for industrial construction projects. In 2004, in collaboration with the European leading Finnish company Peikko, they created the Deltamix constructive system, obtaining slim floors (without hanging) in buildings with large span widths.
In 2007, he managed the new projects development department within Hormipresa, where he optimised the designs of the elements and products portfolio, created a new product range, the Concretcladd architectural cladding, and an innovative modular residential construction system named Modulor.
Later, as business development director he took the company to the next level by achieving productive internationalisation through opening a precast concrete factory in Saudi Arabia.
In 2012 he took on the position of operational manager of Hormipresa, which coordinates the design, production, logistics and assembly departments. A great accomplishment achieved is the transformation of the Hormipresa productive centre in Tarragona, taking it from single production to producing 100% of the prefabricated elements required for building. Another great achievement is the creation of an innovative carousel-format productive line for claddings.
Later, as Hormipresa General Manager he introduced the company into the French market and obtained recognition of the Hormipresa brand.
Francesc Bergadà i Tarragó
Managing Partner
His entire professional career has evolved within Hormipresa. Working in the administration and finance department.
He also played a role in the sales and marketing department.
From 2010 to 2016, he headed the Hormipresa residential department and managed a team of over 20 people. Thanks to which the sales of single-family houses went from 10 units per year to more than 60 in 2016, with the consequent increase in annual procurement exceeding 12 million Euros.
During this last stage, he contributed to the market of the central area, north zone, east zone and southern zone of Spain, with housing in Madrid, Soto Grande, Jávea, San Sebastián, Huesca, Pamplona, Valladolid and Balearic Islands.

He has worked in the construction industry since 2001, when he started by specializing in the redesign and management of the construction of precast concrete industrial buildings.
He participated on the unique Madrid-Zaragoza-Barcelona-France High Speed Line platform from 2003 to 2007. He returned to the prefabricated concrete industry after the project’s completion and began working for Trumes, where he launched the company’s internationalization process in the construction of turnkey industrial buildings in France.
He joined Hormipresa in 2014 as a Project Manager co-leading the construction department and coordinating building assembly in both Spain and France. He participated in a range of major projects, including the Mango production plant in Lliçà d’Amunt, the La Caixa data processing center for Elecnor in Cerdanyola del Vallès, the Lidl logistics center for Vinci in Marsella and the creation of the new marina in Barcelona’s port for Dragados.
He joined the Roibos team in October 2017, contributing his extensive experience in construction management and his enthusiasm for offering the best possible customer service.
Josep Bergadà i Torres
Senior Advisor
Industrial Engineer (UPC).
Expert in mechanical engineering and calculation of structures.
In 1972, along with his father, he founded Hormipresa, an industrialised construction company building turnkey single-family homes. They created an innovative structural system using prefabricated concrete elements, which were manufactured to be assembled on-site in just a few days and, thus, reduce the total construction times for completing a house.
During his frequent visits to France, Italy and Finland, he acquired vast technical knowledge on precast concrete. This knowledge was then applied to his company, and during the 1990s the company experienced vast growth in the industrial and public works sectors. The company soon became one of the top names in the sector and a national leader in the field of industrialised construction, thanks to its strong commitment to innovation and the development of its pre-stressed hollow core slabs, creating one of the best factories in Europe for manufacturing this type of plates.
Josep Bergadà was the chairman of AIDEPLA, the state association for the study of the hollow core slabs, member of ANDECE.
At Roibos we are proud of having Josep Bergadà sharing his vast business knowledge, sound advice and his great technical and commercial charisma.
